Work in the Classroom (once a week)
*Parents are required to submit an up-to-date medical record copy to show receipt of TB, MMR, Tdap and Flu Shot. They are to perform assigned classroom duties in conjunction with the Director and other parents.
* AT LEAST 1 MORE DESIGNATED ADULT FAMILY MEMBER (BESIDE THE PARENT WORKING IN THE CLASSROOM) MUST SUBMIT SIMILAR MEDICAL DOCUMENTATIONS REQUIRED,THIS PERSON WILL SERVE AS A STAND IN AS NEEDED.

Parent Education
Attend two evening parent meetings in addition to our Back to School Orientation. This is a requirement for both new and returning families.
Job Assignment
Perform a yearly job role that helps facilitate the operation of the school.
Maintenance
As part of our participation requirements, parents are required to attend 2 workday events, typically held on the first Saturday of each month. (There is no longer an hourly commitment)
Fundraising
In addition to a Job Responsibility and Workday events, families will be asked to invest a specific amount of time towards our yearly fundraising endeavor. This may mean securing a business donation for our Silent Auction, and making a monetary contribution towards the event. (we no longer have an hourly commitment)
Health
Submit a physical exam report of your child, which includes immunization records. All adults participating in the classroom must provide evidence of a negative TB test, and verify immunity for Measles and Pertussis (Dtap vaccination). A current flu shot is also required by Licensing, unless personally declined in writing or upon a physician's recommendation.
Community Care Licensing shall have the authority to interview children, or staff, and to inspect and audit child or facility records without prior consent. The licensee shall make provisions for private interviews with any children or staff member; and for the examination of all records relating to the operation of the child care center. The Department has the authority to observe the physical condition of the child(ren), including conditions that could indicate abuse, neglect, or inappropriate placement.
